Yes, there are some oddities in our TMVL "college" naming here...

Two quick stories:

1) And John has the location right: Quincy is my hometown though I haven't lived there for a while

2) Mendon is where most of my family is from.  And near Mendon is where my dad and I would often go out to the woods (aka forest; aka timber) to "hunt" morel mushrooms.  Hence...Mendon Mushrooms...

I knew six of these. New Orleans and San Diego obviously. Santa Clara because the 49ers play there. Baton Rouge from quizzes as I know a few state capital's. Sheboygan  as mentioned before as I'd heard about the game. And Albuquerque from the Prefab Sprout song and Looney Tunes cartoons.

Looking at the map I wounder why are we in Western Conference?

If we add more teams eventually it is possible there could be some realignment...

No wonder my team likes to play at home the rest of the home locations are so far away.
