Two Departing Coaches

We have two managers that are leaving TMVL: Pratham and Paul.  Thank you both for playing and I hope you will rejoin in the future!  

Two New Coaches

Roger and Matthew are taking on Pekin and Kentucky respectively.  Please be on the lookout for any questions from them and assist.

Schedule

The schedule is nearly ready and should be on site in the next 1-4 days. I'll email when its available.  Until then, while you can click the Orders link, please do not try to save anything.  

Recruiting

You CAN start your session 1 recruiting. Click recruiting then dashboard and/or requirements so you have a clear understanding of the positions you need for next season.

New Rankings

There's a new rankings approach in development.  I still need to add some info to the teams tab. More to come on that when its ready.

Walkons

All the walkons have now been named.  Thank you for voting for John's new player.  The people have spoken!  Pitt Discoforce is now a Vampire Bat.  Hurrah!

Grade updates

Note that some player grades MAY CHANGE over the next week or two.  I'm still mulling over revising the skills to grade mapping.  I'll communicate if/when updates are made

I'm working with Bryce on a "potential" add-on.  This is top secret so I'm not going to say anything else.

RP 1-star Walkon Reimbursement

I need to to this for 6 teams.  It is on my list but not done yet.  I will email the 6 coaches impacted when its done.

What about my grievances?

This league is an Olmec offshoot (from the football/soccer leagues) with Max writing the simulator.  At the same time, in case its not clear to some of you, the Olmec Head is out to get you.  If you'd like, you can start complaining about how you were "robbed" in the recruiting "star to actual numbers" process.  Click your team, then the Recruiting tab.  You can compare the SRV, RCV, etc numbers against the ranges at the bottom of the Recruiting (then click Entry tab) page.  Surely MANY of you have grievances over this that you need to air.  "Oh, my 5-star is only an 11 in 4 of the 6 categories...the sky is falling".  You know, stuff like that.  Speaking of which, Olmec treated me bad in this process and I'll be lucky to win 5 matches this season.

I wonder which team Olmec liked the most during the star to skills transition?  Probably Dallas.  Olmec loves CB...

Thanks to everyone who is helping with ideas over the past season!

Steve has helped with a ton of analysis in many areas including commentary and scheduling updates and coordination.  I know James and Craig have helped with putting together the random scheduling too.

Kevin has put together a great new rankings system we will be ramping up this season.

John has helped with many things including recent ideas for updating the grade system.

Max and I are working on an updated viewer.  Hoping that will make an appearance this season though it may be later on.  

And I know I'm leaving people out and I apologize for that.  Thanks everyone!
