I have to disagree about Columbia being top 2 this season. We are 3rd in the NET ratings abs I believe 4th in overall standings. We might be top of the Elo standings but that is only because we started top due to last season's results.

Personally I'd look at the OH position and find out who has the A+ players there.

Columbia do seem to have more of these gifted A star players especially at RS and OH. Whilst both teams have gifted setters Baton are doubling up at A star Liberos, but they can only play one of them in each game

I say OH - serve and blocks the same.  I think he has more chances to dig (this needs me to confirm one day). He attacks better, if anything the setter attacking is to be avoided. The main difference comes down to Setter's set or Outside Hitter's receive.

If the OH is a poor receiver then there's going to be more aces and blocks no matter how good your setter is
