Essentially they give out a conference Best Offensive/Defensive/Setter awards. They also pick the Top players for a 1st/2nd team squad.
The defensive one goes to a Libero/DS or a MB (blocking). Max won that for the conference.
He also was 1st Team All-Conference.
He worked very hard for this over 4 seasons and I'm very proud!

I've had the chance to see Max play a couple of times in person, and can say this is a well-dserved honor. Max, you've got amazing energy and hold the team together! Every ball that comes over gets an effort, it's a joy to watch. Congrats!
