NEW PLAYER RATINGS

There's a lot more to come on this topic.  I asked for a Team of the Week helper.  Roger came up with that PLUS a new player match rating system.  Roger has created about 40 test spreadsheets at all positions to help me with this task and put in about 40-60 hours on this.  Thank you Roger!  This is why we're catching me up.  I've been focused on working on this with Roger (with some helpful ideas from Steve as always).  I'm coding and testing the Libero only ratings right now (we have the numbers for the other positions; but trying to get Liberos running first).  Below is an example.  We'll share all the formulas/ranges/weightings soon.  Again, that was all of Roger's work, I'm just coding the java.  I may be able to get more positions in for when I run things this weekend, but if not hopefully all for next weekend.  I'm really excited about this addition and hopefully you will be too.  Thanks to Roger for doing the heavy lifting on this!
