After my team got a good beating by Al's Quincy yesterday, it seems that the gap between the top teams and the bottom teams is beginning to get wider. Would a draft set up be better than a walk on system. The weakest teams getting to pick first. Maybe limit the players from 4 star to 2 star players to start with.

Teams/managers go get a bit of credit. Rankings, coaches poll, win bonuses & end of season awards. Not to mention the glory of winning the trophies.
It's just a thought not a conclusion.
I wish we were unstoppable. We are 3rd in T7 but have weaknesses that make us worse than that.
It's always been the case that top teams get more rewards. I think it's even more so in United where it'd 10 CP for a win but only 3 here and up to 2 for a loss And as a fraction of the free 140 RP per session compared to 70-90k in United the end of season bonuses have less impact. And you can do well in United from the bottom with patience and planning.
