Today Mr. Kalmbach and Mr. Mendonça noted that the Recruiting - Dashboard (tab) was down.  Any page can sometimes get a caching issue.  It is very annoying for me as I've spent hours on resolving it and cannot because mainly it is so random (that's why we have THREE orders pages if you have an issue).

Anyway, YOU SHOULD continue to report that when you see it on the Comments Wall (or email me).  Since John has spent hours lobbying for the Comments Wall to not be removed in the new front page I am keeping it...just for John.

Anyway, what I wanted to point out is that if you go to the Recruiting page and click the "Requirements" tab, you will see similar info to the dashboard.

This page tells you what your team is lacking FOR NEXT SEASON.  See the black/red cells for that.

For example, a quick review shows that:

ABQ needs 1 L, 1 MB, and 2 (any position) players

Alton needs 1 L, and 3 (any position) players

If I look at the columns I can see the 10 teams MUST GET Liberos.

I can also see that 5 teams MUST GET a setter.

Can that give you a picture to how aggressive some teams may be in the Recruiting RP bidding?  Sure!  I mean only one of us is Mr. James Tucker.  But the rest of us can use this info for a potential advantage.

I selfishly added the Requirements page for session 13 to see who had not added walkons in the necessary positions.  But it can also be used as a league wide dashboard to see both what YOU need and what OTHER teams need (perhaps even teams you are competing with for a recruit?).
