Based on RP rewards the Nationals are the best, followed by Conference title = TMVL Cup = WGM Cup.
If you get a good draw in the first round of the TMVL Cup and aren't in with a chance of anything else thgen go T7. This starts in session 7 when you have your 4th non-conference game and it's the semi-finals of the Conference tournaments and WGM Cup. Winning the first round guarantees 5 RP.
Another competition it might be worth tying for is the non-conference trophy. Many teams, even good ones (we went 1-5) concentrate on their other games and soit's possible topick up some wins there.
Last season I went for the WGM, throwing a Conference game each session because I knew wwe weren't strong enough to win three games each week.

Thanks.
I think my problem is that my team is not able to win 3 games per session. And even less a title.
So I have to choose the competitions that I want to play thoroughly. Knowing that winning a match is always good whatever the competition.

Antoine, you'll also need to take into account how much XP you require to make sure your younger players are coached to their max potential each year.
This isn't too bad to manage when you've got three games per session.
But, if you get knocked out early from the WGM, Conference Tourney and Nationals/Holyoke you'll end up with a lot of two game sessions.
That might leave you with a choice between playing your best side and winning but not getting enough XP, or playing the kids and losing games you would otherwise win.
As you can't get knocked out of the Conference, Non Conference or Cup/Shield a lot of players don't prioritise them but (there's always a but) this means that these games can often be easier to win in practice. Portland definitely have a good enough squad to be competitive in both the NC and Cup/Shield (and at home in the Conference).

Last season I had a team good enough to win any match with T7 but T14 was weak so spreading the good players between three games was too risky. So for nearly the whole season (like my first two) was T7 two games and play the rest in the other game(s). It worked in that I got the the knockout finals.
But at the same time, as Roger says, you have to keep an eye on your XP and make sure.your potential A and probably B players get the games they need.

I couldn't say... I've never won anything. *sigh*

Thanks Roger and Steve.
I understood that it was also a math game! Saint Excel is with me!
Rob, I'm like you. I haven't won anything yet! :-)

It's likely our squirrels will win several titles this season, so don't count on earning much this season.

Wow, I inadvertently used "season" twice in one sentence. C-Ball will be disappointed in me.
