Sadly it will not be as easy as changing the grade with a sharpie on your monitory from F- to A+ this season.  

As FIT and home court get factored in you will see some higher grades for your players in those situations.

While it may look/seem a little painful it will allow you to better see your players ability.  When you get groupings of too many A's (as some teams, not mine, do), it can be hard to differentiate those players.  This will help I think.

The A+ category in particular was getting a little bloated.

What can you do?

The overall and grade are important, but I recommend always taking a step back to see the potential of each player. 

Focus on those freshman and skill building.  At this point look at a freshman's SRV for example and compare it to the SRV rating of the senior at that position.   A freshman can add 6 points to every skill at this point over their Fr, So, and Jr seasons.  Can/will they be better than your senior or junior at that position? 

Evaluate them that way and you'll see they can get to the same grade (or better) over time.

Also, while there's probably no direct connection here, Rob did roll the most 11's of any teams signing 5-stars, so...  

Season 7 + grades
