Is there a correlation between that and skill increase/decrease?

Yes, Roy. The effective T7 takes into account FIT which adds 5.5 points per player. Our T7 went up despite not using any CP on skills.

Wins are wins.  Maybe cashing in while everyone rests isn't a bad idea. Only Portland seemed to really do this.
