Yes, maybe but that is the state of things in United Postally and in real football in a way as teams try to structure there team for the early season kick off.

You will always get more interest at that time for good reason, however seeing some of the bargains going through it may pay some teams to hold fire for a session or two next year!

For me personally it holds good interest all through the season, as seen in recent weeks though players have gone for a lower value than expected but again as the season gets older the players value and worth reduce. Unless of course he is good enough to be starting next year as a high level skill player.

Some teams have shown an interest but given some of the low level players in some squads I would have expected more input from others and especially as they can fetch relatively low prices and would really enhance some players squads.
