There are 3 Youth Cup winning teams that do NOT appear in the top 10 list for wins: CRE, SWA & WAT.  Each has 14 wins and has made it to the quarter finals multiple times.  However, one team took the bare minimum approach by only winnng one match on the way to the Youth Cup championship.  The other 3 wins/draws were via shootout.  The Crewe only managed 3 goals  during regulation in those 4 YC matches but fortuntely current Youth Coach Declan Smith prevented 22 of 23 shots from becoming goals.

There have been 10 different Youth Cup winning teams thus far with TRA (who else did you expect) having won 4 while NOR and PV each winning 2.  

3 teams in the top 10 have not won a Youth Cup: PRE, DOR and CHE.  With 29 wins, Ian is the ultimate winningest loser.  Finally, why the picture?  Well as the saying goes:  "Always a bridesmaid, never a bride."
