I hope you all enjoyed the season!

 

Thanks to Dave Dohm for organizing the end of season finances.

 

Congratulations to 2nd and 3rd Division champs Leeds and Weston-super-Mare!

 

A fantastic season for Swansea in the Cups as Kevin won the AP and made it to the FA Cup final before losing to Dave Dohm (nice going Dave).

 

Speaking of Lewes FC, Dave Dohm's club has now:

- won 2 of the last 3 FA Cups  (and appearing in all 3)

- won 4 of the last 7 FA Cups

- appeared in 5 of the past 7 FA Cups

 

IMPRESSIVE!

 

Compo won the "Compo Does Not Like This Competition" Cup by outlasting Trevor's Derby County 2-1.  

 

And finally James White won the Youth Cup by defeating two-time winner John Holden and Port Vale.

 

Oh and enough teams finally showed the commish some courtesy and let him win something.

 

Took the family to Florida the past week so I've been a little quiet.   We've had a great time (Kennedy Space Center, Swamp Tour, 5 baseball games, some Cardinals autographs like David Freese and Adam Wainwright...a lot of fun).  

 

I'll start gearing up for the next season of U1 in about a month.  If you haven't heard from me by May 1, then please feel free to email.    In the meantime I'll be spending some time getting a new baseball simulator up and running as we try finish developing and implement the baseball version of United called TMBL United.

 

If you aren't in TMBL already and have some interest in such a game, just email me and I will try to get you involved if we have some capacity for adding teams.
