For once I agree with Dave. The guy in this photo looks much thinner than Phil, has darker hair, and is almost certainly better dressed.

How many crashes has the Jeep survived during that time?

I have always though Phil was too good for this game (and SESL and OASL) - maybe he can persuade us all to look more suave... Guess not!!

Some of the older MSWL United managers may remember, that Phil won the inaugural MSWL Olmec championship in 1989. This photo predates that title win.

And furthermore, Phil long ago promised not to update his photo until he won another division 1 title. We're stuck with it folks!
