"Are your players where you want them to be?"

Not quite - we don't get many long games (19 sets in the last two weeks) so XP is getting short. A couple of players might not make enough to fully train up. A lot will depend on the Conference game against Pekin: win and I'll want to play almost T7 in the next games as well as the Nationals. Lose and the Conference is lost and so the remaining three games will be used for XP.

The team itself is doing alright - second in the overall standings, #1 power rating, 3-0 in non-conference (last season we went 0-6). This was helped in session 6 by our non-con opponents both had 4 games to play.

Next session we have Quincy at our place in the Conference Tourney - a game that is ours to lose. I just need to decide how many of T7 I can leave out. I expect T7 from Al in such an important game.

We have the TMVL Cup opener against Mendon who have the WGM and their Conference semi-final so hopefully will be concentrating on them.

And a non-con game against Merritt who have beaten us twice - they only have two games so it just depends how much XP Mark feels he needs. We could face T7 or B7.
