2-1 might not be that good but with Burlington being the only team to win 3 games it's good for me.

I had two goals: beat Portland to stop them overtaking me in the Conference, beat Tuscon well to try and improve what was a #7 seeding. 

To try and achieve this it was T7 for both games apart from my 3rd OH playing in the Portland game and 3rd MB for Tuscon.

The Portland game wasn't as easy as hoped, despite being 8 points a man better we only won 3-1 with close sets and a total of just 8 points more.

Tuscon was much easier as Amy decided to concentrate on PAC-8,a good decision as they top the Conference and we were 19 points a man better.

That left the reserve L, S and RS and 2nd/3rd MBs, OHs to face Dallas. 14 points a man worse of and the kids did great to take it to 4 sets and only lose by a total of 7 points.

So we top the Big-8 and Overall tables on sets percentages and made it to #3 seed in the WGM. It's the reverse of the 1st session for the Conference and a home tie against Manitowoc in the WGM. Derek has already beaten Cincinnati and Sheboygan so I'm not taking anything for granted.
