🅾 PREDICTION: BRE 1 – 1 DOR   (Draw)
🏠 Home: Brentford FC (+9 🏭 Groundsman) — DF:1 MF:0 FW:8
⚔️ KEY BATTLE: Defence is the decisive area — Dorchester Town (61) massively outmuscle Brentford FC (41) at the back, giving the visitors a clear defensive edge.
ONES TO WATCH: John Kosowski (GK, TL:17) — BRE | Bozidar Šimic (DF, TL:16) — DOR
🎯 VERDICT: This looks set to end level at 1-1, with Dorchester Town's superior defensive block neutralising Brentford's potent forward line (64) despite the home advantage bonus. Brentford's attack is their strongest asset and the +9 home boost helps, but Dorchester's well-organised backline — anchored by Bozidar Šimic and Pedro Romero — should limit the damage. Claudio Zappi will be Brentford's best hope of breaking the deadlock, but expect Dorchester to frustrate and snatch a share of the points on the road.
RAY'S TAKE
BRE 1 - 1 DOR
Dorchester are coming to Griffin Park with proper defensive steel — Šimic and Romero will make Brentford work every single second. But Fukunishi's been solid at the back and I reckon he keeps it tight enough to nick us a point.
MARCUS'S TAKE
BRE 1 - 1 DOR
Dorchester arrive with a back line that frankly looks built to frustrate rather than play football, and Šimic and Romero will make Brentford's life thoroughly unpleasant in the final third. Our home advantage should be enough to nick something, but Kosowski will need to be sharp — Dorchester's attack-to-defence ratio suggests they'll carry a threat on the break that we can't simply wave away.

Match Notes

We have an excellent recent record against Brentford who sit one place and one point above us.
~ Andy ~ Jun 14 (Dorchester Town)
Andy Shaw's lot coming down from Middlesbrough with one thing on their mind — keep it tight and nick one. Sellers better not let them settle.

This looks like trouble for us...
