New Orleans will pick up a 4* Libero for the minimum price next weekend. I'd seen this was possible and intended to arrange a visit late on today if nobody else was. I wasn't necessarily going to try and win him but make sure Kevin paid a decent price.
But life got in the way and I forgot.

Not sure what Steve's complaining about. 280k for a 4* L seems a "decent price" to me. Haven't seen his stats yet, could pull all low #s and end up the same as if I got a 3* walk-on for free!
What Steve's not saying is that in the following session the 2 teams with the biggest bank accounts (RP) go head to head bidding for the services of the 5 star libero.

This is the magic of Kevin Martin. A post highlighting him and his easy Libero win to add to his unstoppable team has become a feud between Steve and Roy over 5-star Libero Walter Sobchak (is that name familiar?).
We go from an easy Kevin 4 star Libero win for pennies on the RP to Roy and Steve.
The only part that makes me sad is that I did not instigate all this. 😎
Personally though I think it will take 2400 RPs to sign this libero. But that's just one man's opinion...

I see Nashville got a 5* Libero for 537k a couple of seasons ago. And I saw a winning bid of 1200k.
