The Portland team had a good season, giving some thrashings to some big teams! ( 
) Despite this, the management surprised its fans for the new season by recruiting a coach from the other side of the Atlantic.
This new Portlands coach recently announced to his players the new slogan of his team:
"when the Jacks start swinging, something big is going down".
the new coach would like to express the renewal he wants to give to this team. Renewal in the respect of the traditions of the team, the old glories and the work of his predecessors.
However, the fans are already wondering if the "recettes d''une grenouille francaise"* will be enough to lead the jacks on the dance floor. Will the "bal musette" be enough against the Rock n'roll of the big 8 !?
The new veteran Wil Brady explained to us that he was very curious to see what European training methods and tactics would do for the team.
He didn't hide from us that his former brothers in arms were happy and very motivated for the next season !
It is certain that in the absence of dance, the season of the jacks risks being hot.

I know my season is going to be very hard. The competition is tough.
I am facing against the biggest liar in the league (You all know that => 'ooo, we're gonna be rubbish again this year', 'it's a rebuilding season, we'll not be winning anything' etc etc ), an armoured tin can full of peas, a bulldog used to nibbling old ladies' calves, chemical strawberry candies.. :-)
Only pumpkin seems cool !
