Elena is 22 and is amazing in all ways. She is a senior at Providence College (see above) and pursuing studies in biology, specializing in bio chemistry. I can't help her much with her homework these days (save the occasional paper). She is also a track athlete (sprinter, 400m specialist) competing in the Division 1 Big East Conference. Michael Jr. is equally amazing. He is 18, a Christmas Eve baby. He has a heart of gold, is a great student, and is a high school varsity swimmer and golfer. He and I are big fans of Providence College basketball (connected to Elena, and far further back to my Dad, an early 1960s PC grad). It's great now that he is older, as we can both curse at the refs.

 

By way of work, I have been at my company for 35+ years, which is ridiculous to fathom. I work for MEDITECH, a pretty big player in the medical software industry.  I switched roles after many years in mid 2023 and now manage the operations side of our cloud-based EHR offering. You will sometimes see a "MEDITECH match/rivalry" in the comment boards here, as I have indirectly brought a number of work cohorts into the Olmec fold. Real credit goes to Rob P, though, as he recruited me, repayment for me hiring him into MEDITECH many years ago.

 

In my spare time, I love these games.  My success has been limited, but that is half the fun. I am also a huge music fan, live shows especially. I have seen Bruce Springsteen 60+ times in concert, and I love discovering new music. My current obsession is a band called Fantastic Cat, check them out!
