Coach's Biography: Roger Mendonça

My first foray into United was way back in the early 90s.  I played in a few leagues but stepped back from the game as marriage, children and work took centre stage in life.

I returned to the fold a few years back as manager of Bristol,City in U1 but stood down when Heather was diagnosed with terminal cancer in late 2024.

I wasn't planning on returning but the opportunity to manage in U2 and chance my arm against those managers who don't play in U1 was too good to pass up.

i also manage Pekin in TMVL - a far superior game if you ask me.  If you haven't tried it yet you definitely should (and I know nothing about volleyball).
